NEW YORK, N.Y. (April 24, 2020) – Beginning April 24, Baron Francesco Ricasoli will introduce #madeinBrolio—a video series that transports at-home viewers straight to Tuscany. The candid, one-to-two-minute videos will reveal behind-the-scenes footage of the historic Castello di Brolio: the inner workings of the people, vineyards, cellar, and secrets of the ancient castle.

The #madeinBrolio series aims to reach those who are experiencing drastically different daily routines and offer some relief in the form of lighthearted content. The man behind the project, Francesco Ricasoli, explains: “I would like to convey a message of beauty and hope to all those who hold Italy near and dear. We plan to take viewers along with us in our journey and introduce them to our world. Travel and wine enthusiasts will have a story to remember about Tuscany, even in the year 2020.”

More than ten videos are already in development, with the first one launching today. Viewers can find subsequent videos announced and posted on the Francesco Ricasoli @francescoricasoli and @Ricasoli1141 Instagram pages, as well as on Facebook and Youtube, always accompanied by the hashtag #madeinBrolio.

The Ricasoli family and their Tuscan estate, Castello di Brolio, have been indisputable leaders in Chianti Classico since 1141. Each year, this magical and historic destination attracts more than fifty million visitors from around the world. With the international lockdown currently in place, travelers and wine lovers who can no longer experience the unmistakable beauty of Tuscany in person can tune in to #madeinBrolio and virtually experience the unique world of Chianti Classico and Castello di Brolio.
